What we help you with.
- Communication in EnglishFrom first contact to follow-up, with no language barrier.
- PaymentInternational bank transfer, credit card and financing plans. Costs confirmed in writing before we begin.
- Accommodation and airportWe suggest accommodation near the clinic and help fit your appointments around your flight times. The clinic is fifteen minutes from Lisbon airport.
- Where we areEntrecampos, in Avenidas Novas, with the metro and train a four-minute walk away.

You receive a written plan with the number of visits and the cost, and treatment is concentrated into the days you are here. Everything, from the first message to follow-up after you leave, can be handled in English.
Frequently asked questions.
How many visits will my treatment take?
It depends on the treatment. Many cases can be concentrated into two trips, and some into just one. Once we have seen your X-rays and your dates, we will tell you clearly how many visits your case requires.
Do you speak English?
Yes. All communication, from first contact to post-treatment follow-up, can be in English.
Can you start before I arrive in Lisbon?
In part. With recent X-rays and a few photographs we can make a preliminary assessment remotely and prepare the plan, so that your first in-person appointment is productive from the start.
What if I need follow-up after I go home?
We agree on the follow-up before you leave and remain available by email and WhatsApp. If anything is needed in your country, we send the clinical information to the professional who is looking after you.
