Prepare for your visit.
Here are the documents you will need to fill in and sign so that we can open your clinical record.
We recommend reading and reviewing them beforehand, so that on the day of your appointment opening your file takes less time and we can see you at your scheduled time.

What to bring with you.
At your first visit we will open your clinical record, which will hold your whole history with us.
- ID card (Cartão de Cidadão)To make it easier to enter your personal details in your record.
- Insurance cardIf you are covered by ADVANCE CARE or DENTINET, bring your insurance card or your membership number.
- Dental voucher (cheque-dentista)If you have a dental voucher, please bring it with you too.
- Previous X-raysEven if they are old: they save repeat examinations and show how things have changed over time.

Payment methods.
For your convenience, we accept cash and cheques, as well as credit and debit cards. You can also pay by MB WAY or bank transfer, and financing is available.

Kids’ first visit
If you are bringing a child.
The day of your child’s first appointment is coming soon. Thank you for trusting us with their smile and their oral health.
Paediatric Dentistry is an area of dentistry to which we give great importance. We have created a gaming concept that makes a child’s visit to the dentist fun and playful.
The only different document is the health questionnaire, which for children is the Paediatric Dentistry one. Everything else is the same as an adult’s first visit.

Frequently asked questions.
How long does the first appointment take?
Between twenty and thirty minutes, plus time at reception. Filling in the forms at home shortens that part by about fifteen minutes.
Do I need to bring old X-rays?
If you have them, bring them, even if they are old. They save repeat examinations and show how things have changed over time.
Is the first appointment different for children?
Yes. It is not for treatment; it is for the child to get used to us. They sit in the chair, get to know the place and let us count their teeth. If it does not work out one day, we try again another day.
Book your appointment.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm. We reply on the same working day.
